Our Lobbies are Temporarily Closing

Effective March 18 at 5:00 p.m. Embark Credit Union will close the lobbies at both of our locations- 1500 River Drive N and 1915 10th Avenue S. 



We have thoughtfully prepared for this closure and nearly all business will continue with minor adjustments. During the uncertain duration of this closure, we will not be able to offer notary services. We will also need to limit coin counting services to coin that will safely pass through drive-up windows.



As our Embark members know, we will do whatever we can do to help our members and our community while maintaining recommended health safety measures. 



This is a stressful time for everyone. If you encounter financial difficulties, please call us. We are prepared to help you now and we are planning additional relief measures. 



We know phone calls will increase substantially and we will be changing our answering process during this period. If you need to leave a message, we will get back to you. If you reach the Contact Call Center, you can also ask to have credit union staff return your call.



Like all our local businesses, we are in new and uncertain territory now as the situation changes daily. We will continuously evaluate the lobby closures and any other measures and keep you informed.
