Here we are in the fall of 2020!  We all hoped I would be announcing the reopening of our lobbies at the end of September.  If you are in the Great Falls area, you have been watching the continuing rise in COVID cases in the weeks following Labor Day.  It is simply not safe to open our doors yet.

We are excited to announce an update to our online account opening.  It is very easy for both current members and new members.  Very soon, we will be adding a new option for making loan payments online with plastic cards or automatic withdrawal.   Increasing and improving our technology to meet member needs is a top priority now as it was before the coronavirus.  If you want more insight to these new developments, please give us a call.

Several current polls or studies indicate that our consumer behaviors have changed now for the long term and that going to visit your financial institution in person is much less important now.  I believe that is true, but I know many of our members still prefer to come in at least occasionally so opening at some point is still the goal.
