Embark Member Update - January 7, 2021

A Message to Members from the CEO, Deb Evans- Thursday, January 7, 2021

Members, on Monday, January 11 we will open the 1500 River Drive North lobby on a limited, appointment-only basis.

Initially, we will take appointments for loans, member service and notaries.  Teller services will continue to be provided through our drive-thru lanes only during this first phase.   Members with large amounts of loose coin can bring those to the main office front doors for processing.  The 10th Avenue S lobby will remain closed at this time.

Naturally, like all businesses, we ask that you not come in the lobby if you are experiencing COVID or flu symptoms.  Masks will be required for everyone entering the credit union.  You may find it more convenient to continue contacting us by phone, email, or online for your various needs.   We look forward very much to resuming teller services in our lobbies when COVID conditions have abated and the vaccines are more widely distributed.

Beginning Monday, when you phone Embark, you will have two menu options- “1” will connect you for general assistance or “2” will enable you to make an appointment.

If you arrive without an appointment, please proceed to the drive-thru where one of the tellers will assist you.

We are not able to provide restroom facilities during this time.
