A Member Update from the CEO, Deb Evans- March 12, 2021
I am very happy to announce that we are opening both lobbies for full service on Monday, March 15. It has been a long year and we have new staff excited to see members face to face for the first time!
We still encourage advance appointments for loans or member service. Waiting areas in the lobbies will be limited and physical distancing will be maintained.
Masks are required for all persons in our buildings for the immediate future. Public restrooms are not available at this time.
Annual Membership Meeting
The 85th Annual Membership meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on April 20 in the River Drive lobby.
While most Covid restrictions have been lifted, gathering sizes continue to be a concern. We realize many members may not feel comfortable coming into enclosed spaces until vaccination rates are higher and case numbers remain very low in our area.
Our plan is to host an abbreviated business meeting as we did last year. There are no elections this year as there are no other board candidates beyond the two recommended by the Nominating Committee. No new business is anticipated and there is no old business from last year.
We will publish an Annual Report which will include the financial statements and any comments from the independent auditors. We will post the Annual Report on our website, have some available in our lobbies and of course, we will mail one to any member upon request.
We plan to host a special member event later this year including the traditional food, prizes, and socializing as we celebrate 85 years as the first Credit Union in Great Falls!
