OPERATIONS VP/MANAGER
Embark needs an experienced senior level manager with extensive operations experience.  As Embark enters its 85th year, we are hiring a future-oriented leader looking for a financially solid but change-ready organization.   As currently envisioned, this position will be responsible for backroom lending activities (including delinquency and collections as well as mortgage operations) and member service operations.  An ideal candidate would also have experience with payments and electronic services. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience (can’t see where we are going if we don’t know where we have been…) and a bachelor’s degree or higher is required. There is potential for advancement in this position.

QUALITY AND RISK CONTROL SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Quality and Risk Control Specialist.  This person is responsible for helping management to control risk in the Credit Union by ensuring the accuracy of data and forms and proper compliance with critical financial regulations.  In addition, they will perform additional risk-related activities to maintain the vendor management system.  Other duties also contribute to the risk control profile of the Credit Union.   

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines.  A high attention to detail, sound independent judgement and the ability to work independently is necessary.  Knowledge of office procedures, computers, office equipment and office software such as Word and Excel is essential.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two or more years of credit union or financial institution operations experience is required.  The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of loan origination, member service and operations processes and procedures.

MARKETING ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to implement the Credit Union’s overall marketing strategy. This individual will oversee the creation, production and implementation of all advertising and marketing for the Credit Union.  This includes all forms of print advertising, TV, Radio and Social Media. In addition, will assist sales team in building key member relationships by developing and improving member acquisition and retention tools.   

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet established deadlines.  Knowledge of office procedures, computers, office equipment and office software such as Word and Excel is essential.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred. One to two years of previous applicable marketing or related experience is required.  There is an expectation of continued updating of job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
